The Xbox 360 gaming controller is considered to have a modern design suitable for all subjects and ages with lightweight to help users not get tired in games with long playing time… keys and buttons on the handle are quite responsive, reasonably arranged, easy to control, meeting the game from simple to complex. Once you maximize and obtain all the weapons, man this game gets more fun.First announced on November 22, 2005, the Xbox 360 marks a new generation of game consoles, with upgraded hardware for HD gaming, and a bonus mission system. The Ferguson Rifle, my goodness that rifle was strong as hell and I like how you don't have to reload it as you're blasting your enemies. The quickdraw is great to use when you're under pressure during close range combats and when you're aiming to kill off the bandits. What I like most about Gun is that it's just a simple classic western 3rd person shooter. When you get better at playing the game, that's where it truly becomes fun. If there's anything I didn't quite like in the game is when you fight the final boss while having to throw dynamites to the holes to cause damage on him. That part was frustrating but having to use quickdraw on his dynamites to get the cavern to collapse on him in the end made up for the final boss battle. For an open world western video game, this game deserves all the credit for doing something that hasn't been done during its time and it succeeded. When you think of open world games, you probably cast your mind back to the 2010's era of gaming, when the movement really gained traction. However, there were games long before this that technically offered open world games which blazed a trail for the phenomenal RPGs and action adventure games of today. One such franchise was the original game, and Fable 2 in particular is remembered fondly for it's incredible world, it's rich lore and its humour. This game plays like other RPG's set in mystical lands such as The Elder Scrolls series, Dragon Age, Pillars of Eternity, Avowed, Dragon's Dogma and Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning. This game was a Xbox exclusive title that done a lot to win over RPGs players to the console. However, does this game hold up to scrutiny today? We find out in our review of Fable 2. Let's begin with the visuals for this title. We would argue that even in the era of incredible, super high resolution graphics, that Fable has its own distinct style that still holds up today. The lovely palette of colours, the rich environments, the well-rendered characters and the slick animations do a lot to allow players even of this era to jump into Albion and have a blast. Then as for the gameplay, we loved the sheer amount of content on offer here. The combat and the gameplay mechanics are okay. However, they serve a greater purpose and that is, allowing exploration. The game has an abundance of quests, an abundance of places to explore. However, what we will say is that the game is a little imbalanced and players will find money making a breeze and will equally find the good versus bad playthrough as one in the game, which doesn't exactly breed replayability. We really enjoyed the overall plot and the main quest line. Plus, some of the side quests were excellent too. However, there is a certain level of inconsistency here. Not to mention that the characters themselves are boring and lifeless. We mean come on, give them some sort of personality, they are your main characters for goodness sake, and invest in some better voice acting while you are at it. Overall, we would say that thanks to the exploration, the great writing, the phenomenal humour and the graphics that are still great by today's standards, this game is well worth revisiting.
